Congrats, Sis. I hear you on the lack of excitement, but I'm ready to get it out of the way on Tuesday. Then we'll just have another 3 months of bickering before the presidential portion is out of the way... ;)
Despite all of the crappy feelings associated with the presidential race, there are important ballot measures here in TX, at least in my fair city of Wylie... so I can't wait to vote those down. :)
Good job. I know it can be hard to vote sometimes. Especially with your new, built-in excuse that all new mommy's have. I agree with "whiteyebrows" that there are always a few local matters that need attending to. It's just as important to vote on those as well as the "big" ones.
"To you women of today, who are old or young, may I suggest to you that you write, that you keep journals, that you express your thoughts on paper. Writing is a great discipline. It is a tremendous education effort. It will assist you in various ways, and you will bless the lives of many--now and in the years to come, as you put on paper some of your experiences and some of your musings." --President Gordon B. Hinckley
Quotable Quote:
The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new. - Rajneesh (lifted from Judy)

Yeah!! We can still be friends. :-) I'm totally kidding.
Nice to get it over with, don't you think? I hate going the day of with all the crowds.
Way to go, Tam! I'm waiting until Tuesday to cast my vote. I'm excited for this election to be OVER.
